In the Garden
Growing food is its own form of peace and act of rebellion.
Our garden is an ecosystem. Come take a look at what’s growing, and how we grow the vegetables and fruits that make up our recipes In the Kitchen. We grow our food using regenerative, zero-waste, and sustainable practices, by putting soil health at the heart and center of everything we grow — no pesticides ever; just good compost (i.e., food scraps from the kitchen), worm poop, and with help from nature and our critter neighbors. Best part? Doing this actually saves money!!!
It’s a garden-to-kitchen, sustainable, and cost-effective way of life here.
